The purpose of the theater support section is to accumulate funds to facilitate the implementation of the theater's statutory activities and ensure financial sustainability. The funds received are used to release premiere performances.
The theater's mission is to create the future classics of the 21st century based on traditions.
In its activities, the theater follows three principles:
The theater is a territory open to all, uniting citizens;
Support for new academic art;
Presentation of opera and ballet as contemporary arts.
A donation to the theater is your contribution to the action on stage and involvement in the creative process.

The Theatre Friends Club is a special project of the State Opera and Ballet Theatre "Astana Opera", created to expand the theatre's cooperation with the audience.

The Theatre Friends Club accepts all people who are not indifferent to the theatre's life, regardless of age and social status, as well as commercial and non-commercial organisations, including foreign companies and enterprises. Everyone can express their involvement in great art.
Membership in the Theatre Friends Club is a personal contribution to the activities of the Astana Opera House, and a contribution to the preservation and enhancement of the cultural heritage of the city and the country.

Any citizen who has reached the age of majority or commercial and non-commercial organisations that support the activities of the Astana Opera House and are ready to provide material and financial support, in return receiving the opportunity to enjoy the privileges and special conditions of visiting the Astana Opera House for one year, can become a member of the Club.
Club members will receive privileges that will give them an insight into the theatre's multifaceted activities and the opportunity to make suggestions for its further development.
There will be held special theatre events, loyalty programmes will be created, club members will be able to actively participate in the life of the Astana Opera House, attend backstage tours, visit recitals of the artists, and assist in the implementation of the theatre’s programmes and projects.

- Opportunity to purchase tickets (up to five) from the administration's reservation (increase in the number subject to agreement);
- Opportunity to book tickets for events held as part of the theatre's tour;
- Invitation tickets for dress rehearsals;
- Invitation tickets for events held in the theatre's halls (Main, Chamber, Baroque and Marble Halls) upon prior notification and subject to availability;
- Invitation tickets for exclusive events held in the theatre's halls upon prior notification and subject to availability;
- Distribution of the 3-months repertoire plan of the Astana Opera House;
- Annual subscription to the news of the Astana Opera House (optional);
- Separate entrance to the Astana Opera House;
- Opportunity to use VIP-cloakroom;

- Participation in the "Theatre Lesson" project by prior request (for adults and children);
- Placement of the name and surname of the "Friend" in the special section "Theatre Friends Club" on the official website of the Astana Opera House (optional);
- Information leaflet/booklet with the upcoming repertoire;
- Branding products of the Astana Opera House upon receipt of a Club member card.
