Dina Khamzina

Mezzo-soprano, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In 1994 she graduated from Kazakh State Women Pedagogical Institute, obtaining a degree of “music teacher” at the faculty of music and pedagogy (class of the Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan B. Ashimova and G. Karamoldayeva) and was admitted as a teacher it the above mentioned university. From 2004 to 2006 she did her internship at Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory (class of the Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sh. Abilov).

From 2000 to 2013 – soloist of State Academic Opera and Ballet House named after Abay.
From 2013 – leading soloist of State Theatre of Opera and Ballet “Astana Opera”.

  •  Grand Prix at the Republican Competition named after K. Baiseitova (2005)
  •  Golden medal at the world championship of performing art (USA, 2006)
